Refund policy

Items purchased from Four & Twenty Blackbirds are custom-made and printed just for you.

Returns and exchanges can be done for all qualifying orders, and requests must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Your order will be refunded except for the original shipping fees paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We are happy to perform an exchange on size or color, minus the shipping fees.

If you're ready to set up an exchange, you can contact us with the following information.

Exchanges are only available for Apparel. 

  • Order Email Address (The email used to place the order)
  • Order Number (The number in the Order Confirmation Email)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To help mitigate sizing problems please refer to our size charts and take your measurements before purchase. 

Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If you have discovered you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ve got your back. We want to make things right as quickly as possible. To help us resolve the issue, please follow the steps below to report the damage.

To report the issue, please contact us with the following information: 

  • A clear photo showing the entire damaged item, and the box it was received in
    • A full photo of the damaged item is always required to assess the issue and offer a solution. Without it, we won’t be able to proceed with a reprint or any other resolution.
  • Your order number, and
  • A short description of the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If your return is accepted, we may request that you send the item back to us. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once the return has been processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Four & Twenty Blackbirds Designs reserves the right to deny exchanges, returns, or refunds, including but not limited to preventing fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse. Returns valued at greater than $250 (before any discounts) are subject to a restocking fee of 20.00%.
